CB022 City Residential Pack 4 Instructions (Digital Download)
This is the 4th in the City Residential series. The sand blue house is based off of a real house in Georgetown, Washington, DC. It features a sloping garden up front and architectural styling typical for the area. The dark green house features ornate window casements and a detailed entryway. The City Residential series does not include instructions for a detailed interior. They do both have stairs built in, and the blue house has walls for different rooms upstairs.
